1. Digital Services & Wallet Top-up

Humare panel par di gayi services (Recharge, BBPS, AEPS, DMT) digital hain. Ek baar transaction successfully complete hone par use cancel ya return nahi kiya ja sakta.

  • Wallet Load: Wallet mein add kiya gaya paisa non-refundable hai, ise aap sirf services use karne ke liye istemal kar sakte hain.
  • Wrong Selection: Agar user ne galat number ya galat operator par recharge kiya hai, toh uska refund nahi milega.

2. Failed Transactions

Agar aapke wallet se paisa kat gaya hai lekin transaction "Failed" dikha raha hai:

  • Paisa automatically aapke wallet mein **24 se 48 ghanto** ke andar refund kar diya jayega.
  • Agar transaction "Pending" hai, toh operator ke final response ka intezar karein (isme 3 working days tak lag sakte hain).

3. AEPS & Micro ATM Transactions

AEPS cash withdrawal ke case mein agar customer ke bank account se paisa kat gaya hai aur panel par fail dikha raha hai, toh customer ko apne bank mein contact karna hoga. Bank ke niyam anusar yeh paisa **7 working days** mein wapas aata hai.

4. Hardware/Device Return (If Applicable)

Agar aapne humse Biometric Device ya Micro ATM kharida hai:

  • Defective Product: Delivery ke 48 ghanto ke andar report karne par device replace kiya jayega.
  • Condition: Device original packing aur bina kisi physical damage ke hona chahiye.
